With 8 years of Pilates experience and 1.5 years of teaching under her belt, Oxana Ross is all about using movement to transform lives. Her expertise includes Stott training in Mat and Reformer (Levels 1 & 2), specialized injury recovery, and she’s currently diving deeper into Neuropilates with Body Hack. Her journey to Pilates wasn’t just professional—it was personal. After facing back pain, knee injuries (including surgery), and early osteoarthritis, Oxana discovered how life-changing Pilates could be. Now, she’s on a mission to improve her clients’ quality of life and boost their performance in sports like tennis, swimming, and biking—her own favorite activities! Growing up as a dancer, Oxana has always been passionate about staying active. After studying chemistry and biology in university, she moved to the UK to become a nurse, dedicating nearly 10 years to helping patients. Now, she’s helping others in a whole new way through Pilates.
