Welcome to Flow O2! We’re excited to have you join our community. Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions outlined below:

Non-Refundable Policy: All purchases made at Flow O2 are non-refundable. Once a service or package is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another individual.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel a class reservation, you must do so at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge for the class.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any client displaying symptoms of contagious illnesses or who poses a risk to the health and safety of other members and staff.

Liability Waiver: By utilizing the facilities and services at Flow O2 clients agree to release the center and its affiliates from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in activities on the premises.

 

Package Freeze Policy:

• For packages lasting 1 month, freezing is permitted for a maximum duration of 1 week.
• For packages lasting 2 months, freezing is permitted for a maximum duration of 1 week.
• For packages lasting 3 months, freezing is permitted for a maximum duration of 2 weeks.
• For packages lasting 6 months or 12 months, freezing is permitted for a maximum duration of 1 month.
• Promotional Packages are not eligible for freezing.

Package Activation: Regular packages will activate on the date of the first attended class from the package. However, for special promotional packages, activation will occur on the date of purchase. All packages expire based on the duration specified at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to utilize the services within the specified timeframe.

Class Reservations: We recommend that you reserve your spot in classes in advance to secure your place. Walk-ins are accepted if space is available, but priority will be given to those with reservations. Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts.

Changes to Schedule:

• The Fitness Center reserves the right to modify its schedule, including the timing, class offerings, and instructors, at any time without prior notice.
• The Fitness Center may change the schedule to accommodate instructor availability, class demand, or other operational requirements.

Instructor Changes:

• The Fitness Center reserves the right to replace instructors or substitute instructors for any class or session without prior notice.
• The Fitness Center will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the substituted instructor is qualified and experienced in the same or similar fitness discipline.
  
  

Class Changes:

• The Fitness Center reserves the right to change or cancel classes at any time without prior notice.
• The Fitness Center will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative classes or sessions to accommodate members who are affected by changes to the schedule.
  
  

Health and Safety: Your health and safety are our top priorities. Please adhere to all posted rules and regulations, listen to instructions from staff members, and use equipment responsibly to prevent injury.

Personal Belongings: Flow O2 is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Please secure your belongings in designated areas and do not leave valuables unattended.

No-Phone Policy: Phones are not permitted inside the class. Please keep your phone on silent and step outside the room if you need to answer a phone call.

Code of Conduct: We strive to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for all members. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by management may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

Social Media Agreement: Clients acknowledge that Flow O2 reserves the right to use any photos or videos in which they may appear for promotional purposes on social media and marketing materials. Clients waive any rights to compensation or approval for such use.

Updates to Terms and Conditions: Flow O2 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or posted notices within the facility.
