At Flow O2, Pilates is at the heart of what we do. We offer a range of Pilates styles designed to support women at different stages of their movement journey, whether you are completely new to Pilates, returning after a break, or looking for a stronger and more advanced practice.
Our Pilates offering includes Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Mat Pilates, each with its own experience and benefits — together building strength, posture, mobility, balance, control, and body awareness in a welcoming ladies-only studio.

Reformer Pilates
Our Reformer Pilates classes are designed to support women at every stage of their Pilates journey, whether you are completely new to Pilates, returning after a long break, or already experienced and looking for a more challenging practice.
Step 1
Beginner Reformer
For new clients, or those returning after a long break. Foundations of breath, alignment, posture, control, and how to use the reformer correctly — a safe, supportive start.
Step 2 · after 3–5 classes
All Levels Reformer
A balanced next step once you’re familiar with the reformer and Pilates principles — more strength, coordination and control, with modifications always available.
Step 3
Intermediate to Advanced
For clients with a solid technique foundation, ready for dynamic sequencing, stronger endurance work, greater control, and deeper physical challenge.

Reformer Dynamic
Challenge your body. Energize your movement.
Using the jump board and flowing movement sequences, you’ll build strength, endurance, coordination, and core control while staying true to the principles of Pilates — an energizing, low-impact workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more balanced, and empowered.

Suitable for intermediate clients with previous Reformer Pilates experience. Not recommended for beginners.
Tower Pilates
At Flow O2, Tower Pilates is offered as a scheduled class for clients who want to experience a different side of Pilates while still benefiting from the same principles of strength, control, alignment, and mindful movement.
Using spring resistance and the tower framework, Tower Pilates creates a beautiful balance of support and challenge — improving strength, flexibility, stability, posture, and overall body awareness. It’s a wonderful option for clients who already enjoy Pilates and want to add variety to their practice.
Chair Pilates
Chair Pilates is one of the more dynamic and focused Pilates styles we offer at Flow O2. Using the Pilates chair, this class challenges strength, balance, coordination, and stability in a very effective way.
Although the chair is a smaller piece of equipment, it can create a surprisingly strong workout and offers a very different experience from Reformer or Mat classes — a great option for clients who enjoy a more strength-based challenge, with the same principles of precision, alignment, and body awareness. It adds variety to a Pilates practice and can feel both playful and powerful at the same time.
Mat Pilates
At Flow O2, Mat Pilates is not just one style of class — it includes different class experiences depending on the focus and energy of the session. A wonderful way to connect deeply with your body, improve control and awareness, and experience Pilates in a direct and grounded way, whether you’re looking for strength, challenge, mobility, or a more balanced movement practice.
